Return policy

Hey Bike sells electric bikes, scooters, and city motorcycles through invoice request checkout. Please confirm stock, model details, charger type, delivery method, and final invoice terms before payment.

Return window

Return requests should be submitted within 14 days after delivery. The product must be unused or only inspected indoors, with original packaging, accessories, charger, manuals, labels, and proof of purchase.

Eligible returns

Returns may be accepted for wrong item, shipping damage reported on delivery, confirmed missing major accessories, or unopened buyer remorse returns approved by support before shipment back.

Non-returnable situations

We may reject returns for used outdoor riding, modified wiring, water damage, crash damage, missing battery or charger, missing serial labels, unauthorized repair, or products returned without approval.

Return shipping and fees

If the return is caused by our verified error or shipping damage, we will help arrange the solution after review. For approved buyer remorse returns, the buyer is usually responsible for return freight, original shipping cost, and any carrier or restocking cost allowed by the final invoice terms.

Inspection and refund timing

After the returned product is received, inspection normally takes 3-7 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method when possible, or handled according to the invoice payment method and banking requirements.

How to request a return

Contact support with your order reference, buyer name, delivery address, photos or video of the issue, packaging photos, and a short explanation. Do not ship a product back until support confirms the return address and instructions.
